I'm a women's leadership coach, authority strategist and founder of The Authority Revolution™. For over 25 years I've worked with exceptional women, helping them reconnect with their inner authority and step into the next level of their leadership and impact.
I created Reconnect because I know what it feels like to work hard for years and lose the thread back to yourself. I've been travelling to Bali since 2010, and I've seen what happens when high-achieving women finally give themselves real space: the clarity, the decisions, and the quiet authority that comes back online when we stop long enough to listen.
